Delivery times and delivery points
TEXFIRE engages to deliver the product in perfect status in the adress that client fills in the order form, stating a usual laboral timetable where the product must be given.
TEXFIRE reserves the chance of sending the same order in different deliveries. Each delivery is considered effective until the moment in which the shipping company puts the product under disposition of the client and informs through the control system. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method, the availability of the product and the place of delivery, although the usual delivery time for products in stock is 2 to 5 working days FOR DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS counted from the date of purchase. In case of shipment delay due to logistic aspects or stronger force, TEXFIRE will inform the client but in any case will be responsible of the delay. Clients must verify the parcel's good condition in front of the transporter who, on behalf of TEXFIRE, will make the delivery of the requested product, pointing out in the delivery note any kind of anomaly shown in the package. If subsequently, once the product revised, the client will detect any incidence as a blow, break, signs to have been opened, or any defect caused during delivery, the client undertakes to inform to TEXFIRE via email in the shortest time possible and in a maximum of 5 business days until the delivery date.
Prices shown in Shipment Costs make reference to the transport costs and not custom costs. In the case in which a parcel must be stopped in customs, the responsibility of the payment of taxes and tariff quotas applied to the parcel must be of the customer. TEXFIRE does not take charge of custom cost, nor the delay that customs may cause to delivery of the parcel.

- In mainland Spain from 1.000€ on products and fabrics. Excluded are heat insulation or other special products such as thermal insulation, compensation seals, fireproof covers, etc.
INCOTERM EXW (EX WORKS)
For shipments outside Europe, we work with the Incoterm EXW (Ex Works)
Obligations of the seller under the EXW Incoterm
· Delivery of the merchandise in the own facilities.
· Delivery of the necessary documents
Obligations of the buyer under the EXW Incoterm
· Collection of merchandise at Texfire facilities.
· Manage transportation to your destination.
