WELDING PROTECTION

The Welding Blankets offer three levels of protection: MEDIUM, STRONG and STRONG + HEAT INSULATOR. Manufactured with new generation technical fabrics, and designed to withstand the sector’s needs.

The flame retardant materials used in TEXFIRE blankets are light but resistant. The fabrics are made with a special silicone for high temperatures that prevents the incandescent metal particles from sticking when impacting the blankets, thus extending their useful life. Specially designed to resist situations where tears and high mechanical stress are common.

Some models, in addition to resisting the impacts of welding, radial or plasma cutting, also act as a thermal barrier, blocking heat transfer to the other side of the blanket.
