The mineral fiber fabrics from Texfire are an advanced solution for applications requiring high thermal and mechanical resistance, as these fabrics offer exceptional resistance to heat, fire, and tensile stress.
This category includes both E-GLASS fiberglass fabrics, which withstand continuous temperatures of up to 550ºC, and silica fabrics, which can endure extreme conditions of up to 1,500ºC. Both types of fabrics are characterized by their versatility, being used in applications such as thermal insulation, fire barriers, and flame retardant elements in high-temperature textile constructions.
Texfire offers a varied range of weights and finishes to meet different needs. Additionally, these fabrics can be coated with polymers or laminated with other materials, such as aluminum, enabling their use in advanced solutions like fire retardant blankets, thermal shields, and heat protectors.
