Texfire's mineral fiber fabrics are an advanced solution for applications that require high thermal and mechanical resistance, as these fabrics offer exceptional resistance to heat, fire, and tensile forces. The mineral fiber fabrics we offer are as follows:
- EGLA 430 Fiberglass Fabric: This is a flame-retardant E-Glass fiberglass fabric with a 4/1 satin weave, weighing 430 g/m² and 0.4 mm thick. It withstands continuous temperatures of 450°C and peaks of 550°C, offering durability, stability, and reliability. It is malleable, cost-effective, and adaptable to multiple industrial sectors.
- EGLA 200 Fiberglass Fabric: The flame-retardant EGLA 200 fabric, made of E-glass taffeta, weighs 200 g/m² and measures 150 cm in width. It supports continuous temperatures of 300°C and peaks of 550°C. Its flame-retardant properties are intrinsic, do not diminish with use, nor expire, offering thermal resistance and long-term durability.
- Silica 180 Extreme Temperature Fabric: Composed of 95% silica fibers, it withstands extreme temperatures of up to 1000°C while maintaining its integrity. Its high thermal stability and fire resistance make it suitable for industrial applications that demand extreme thermal protection, thanks to its primary content of silicon dioxide (SiO₂).
- Silica 300 Extreme Temperature Fabric: This flame-retardant fabric resists continuous temperatures above 1,000°C, maintaining its structural integrity. It is suitable for industrial applications that require high thermal and structural resistance, such as in blast furnaces, engines, expansion joints, or large-format flame-retardant blankets.
