NONWOVEN SAMPLES

Texfire's non-woven fabrics, also known as mats or felts, are a network of discontinuous, flame retardant fibers, oriented and randomly deposited on a surface, and mechanically bonded together by needles that interlock them for handling as a single unit, similar to woven fabric. The non-wovens we offer are as follows:
- Flame Retardant Non-Woven NT PREOX 200: It is a non-woven of pre-carbonized polyacrylonitrile (PPAN) fibers with inherent fire resistant properties and a LOI of 45. It acts as a fire barrier, providing thermal and acoustic insulation. Its punched structure makes it lightweight, soft, and malleable, ideal for complex geometries. It does not burn or drip.
- Thermal Insulation NT Fiberglass 1500: It is an E-Glass fiberglass non-woven fleece, with 1500 g/m² and 10 mm thickness, with a density of 128 kg/m³ for optimal thermal insulation. It withstands continuous temperatures of 500°C, is fire resistant, lightweight, malleable, and does not burn, melt, or drip.
- Thermal Insulation NT Fiberglass 3300: It is a mat of punched E-Glass fiberglass fibers, with a thickness of 25 mm and a weight of 3,300 g/m². It resists temperatures up to 500ºC and offers optimal thermal insulation thanks to its density of 128 kg/m³. It is also effective as an acoustic barrier.
- Thermal Insulation NT Silica 1300: It is a silica fiber non-woven fleece of 1300 g/m² and 12 mm thickness, fire resistant and high temperature without added chemicals. It provides thermal and acoustic insulation, does not irritate the skin, and releases fewer fibers than fiberglass or rock wool.
