METALLIC WELDING SCREEN WITH WHEELS AND ARTICULATED ARMS

This articulated armed welding screen structure is a frame to hold protection curtains, with the aim of delimiting and protecting areas where welding and/or cutting works are performed. This screen for welding and cutting works can cover a maximum total surface of 4.300 mm wide. It has a central body of 2.200 mm and two detachable articulated arms of 1.050 mm each which allow expanding or better delimiting the working area.

Also, it is equipped with a 4 gyratory wheel system and 2 of which are provided with brakes, that ensure great mobility and fixation.

It is a metallic structure, made of steel with cylindrical bars of 9 mm thick and finished with blue coloured to avoid rusting. Vertical pillars are square-sectioned with a thickness of 2.2 mm turning them into a robust and very stable structure.

This mobile welding structure with arms withstands because of its practicality and solidity. It can be assembled, disassembled and transported easily. It is widely used in welding workshops, with PVC curtains, to contain sparks and protect from blue light and harmful radiation caused by the welding voltaic arc.
