Lightweight portable welding screens: Protection and versatility
The lightweight portable welding screens with Texfire welding curtains are a resilient and versatile solution that easily defines different work zones, providing protection to operators and the environment against sparks and hot projections.
The screens feature a compact and robust central body. The 2 articulated arms, each with a reach of 1 meter, along with the screens, provide total coverage of 4 meters when fully extended. This is achieved because the central body measures 2 meters wide by 2 meters high, creating an ideal workspace for most welding tasks.
Constructed with 2 cm diameter steel tubes, the mobile welding screens are sturdy yet lightweight, weighing only 7 kg. Remarkably light, they are highly practical for companies needing frequent workspace adjustments. They include 4 wheels, two of which are lockable, enabling easy movement and secure positioning by a single person.
The articulated arms can be adjusted into different positions, allowing the creation of closed "C" or "S" shapes, as well as open separator-type welding screens.
The set includes 4 translucent PVC curtains in red, 1 for each arm and 2 for the central body, complying with EN ISO 25980 standards. Each curtain measures 1.80 x 1.60 meters.
