Warranty

TEXFIRE acts as a manufacturer, in accordance with the legally established terms set forth in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. The duration of this warranty is one year from the date of delivery.
It also guarantees that all products are made with materials that have the relevant certifications from official laboratories, offering the highest quality and free from defects or hidden flaws. The warranty does not cover deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use, or handling. Products modified or repaired by the customer or any person other than the manufacturer are excluded from the warranty.
The warranty will not apply to apparent defects and product non-conformities, for which any claim must be made by the customer within 7 days of product delivery. To use the warranty, it is essential to keep the proof of purchase or delivery note.
