We recommend you to follow the following instructions for the correct care, cleaning and storage of fire carpets.
This carpet must always be used by the bright part, independently of the place your are going to use it, either its use in outdoors in barbacues or indoors for its use before the kitchen, oven, chimney, etc. If placed outdoors, its abrasion due to sunlight exposition is very slow.
This side of fire carpets is impermeable, because it has a layer repelling it to water, oils, acids and it does not cause unpleasant odours.
Added to this repelence property, there is a slip resintance property, flame redartant, it does not flare up and it is effective against any fire, which makes it very useful in case of a fire, suffocating it with the carpet, because the fabric in its whole is fireproof and will work as a termical ignition barrier.
Any kind of dirt could beremoved simply by using an sponge and/or wet cloth. If by mistake, any kind of solid or liquid food (even a chewing gum) spills over the carpet, you could take it back or clean it inmediatelely without waiting for it to harden, because it will not get stuck.
Its easy and simple maintenance its part of the advantages of the fabric which it is composed, you will save time and any kind of expenses in a dry cleaning or other kind of laundry service.
If the use of the carpet is ocassional and it will be saved until its next use, you just have to roll it, fit it with an elastic band and put it preferably in a vertical way.
We do not especify the ambiental conditions of place's temperature where it will be stored, because another advantage of this fire fabric it has is that humidity does not damage it, and it will not be affected by any kind of insect or germ infestation, who normally use to attack and damage other fabrics. Neither you have to exercise caution in storing it next to a heat source, because this carpet does not spread flames, nor gets burned.
Once rolled hold it with texfire elastic band to storage and keep it.
