Custom-made flame retardant welding blankets with magnets
At Texfire we manufacture bespoke welding blankets, adapting to the needs of each project. Our production department can not only make the blankets in different sizes, but also adjust their properties by using different technical fabrics.
To secure the blankets, in addition to the option of eyelets, we have recently introduced the option of inserting fixing magnets, which offer greater convenience and versatility in daily use.
THE NEW FEATURE: CUSTOM-MADE FLAME RETARDANT WELDING BLANKET WITH MAGNETS
Blankets with magnets are a very practical solution for workshops, especially in the automotive sector. Thanks to the magnets, the blanket attaches immediately to metallic surfaces, with no need for hooks or ties. This facilitates day-to-day work in car workshops, where they are used both for welding operations and general repair work.
MAIN ADVANTAGES
- Quick and easy installation over body panels and other metallic surfaces.
- Protection of the bodywork and work areas, preventing accidental impacts with tools or spatter during repair or welding tasks.
- Resistant to oils and liquids, making them ideal for workshop environments.
- Flexible use, since they can be repositioned easily as required for each job.
KEY APPLICATIONS
These blankets are especially useful in:
- Automotive workshops, to protect windshields, painted areas or interiors during repairs and welding.
- Welding shops, where stable and fast fixing is required.
- Other industrial environments, where work areas must be protected quickly and efficiently.
