LONG SLEEVE FLAME RETARDANT T-SHIRT EPI CAT II

This long-sleeved flame retardant t-shirt, with a round neckline and elastic cuffs, is designed as an inner garment to protect against sparks or incandescent splashes during work involving fire or high temperatures. It is made with Marina Textil's MARKO knitted fabric. This garment bears the CE marking for European conformity and is considered Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) of CAT II. Its composition is a blend of cotton and modacrylic, providing this flame retardant t-shirt with a soft touch, some elasticity, and a high degree of breathability, giving the wearer a sensation of lightness and comfort.

The long-sleeved flame retardant inner t-shirt is specifically developed for use as flame-resistant protective clothing for workers exposed to heat sources or flames, always worn underneath the required PPE for each sector or activity. Its flame-retardant properties prevent the spread of flame, meaning the fibers self-extinguish upon removal of the ignition source. Designed and tailored to offer enhanced protection and comfort to workers exposed to sparks or incandescent materials such as welders, firefighters, security personnel, metal cutting operations, foundries, electricians, etc.

Texfire's flame retardant t-shirt is certified as CAT II PPE and bears the CE marking for European conformity. The t-shirt has been manufactured in accordance with the standards EN ISO 13688 – Protective clothing. General requirements - and according to the standard EN ISO 11612 – Performance requirements of protective clothing for industrial workers exposed to heat and flame. It also complies with the OKEOTEX sustainability standard.
